The Civil Service Commission has announced Shlomo Filber has been fired from his position as director-general of the Ministry of Communications.
Filber is a state's witness in a police and National Securities Authority investigation into improprieties at the Bezeq communications company and had been suspended due to the investigation. He will be entitled to severance pay.
