Muhammad Kharouf, who confessed to the murder of Michal Halimi in Holon and was sentenced to life imprisonment, has appealed his sentence to the Supreme Court despite the plea bargain signed with him, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
Kharouf claims that the court deviated from the arrangement and added five years in prison for additional offenses.
