Chairman Naftali Bennett of the Jewish Home Party has again commented on the wave of denunciations in the media following the posting of a video of Israel Defense Forces soldiers who rejoiced after shooting a Gazan who approached the security fence.
Bennett wrote, "IDF soldiers are protecting our lives. We are protecting them. We do not abandon soldiers."
