The head of the Defense Ministry' Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria, Brigadier General Ahvat Ben Hur told local council heads from Judea and Samaria on Monday that over the past year, the Civil Administration has worked to promote more than 200 building programs at various stages, including more than 17,000 housing units and the promotion of industrial zones.
As part of the conference, the heads of the municipalities were exposed to a future plan to promote the area and to improve the standard of living of the population in Judea and Samaria, which includes multi-year plans in the areas of water, transportation, outline plans, industrial zones in the communities and various economic projects.
