The Israel Defense Forces said on Monday evening that a video, just posted on the social networks, in which a sniper is seen shooting at a demonstrator on the Gaza border, "is apparently an incident that took place a few months ago," based on a preliminary look.
The IDF spokesman continued, "and the incident will be thoroughly checked and investigated."
