The Supreme Court has rejected the state's request to postpone the hearing on the matter of asylum seekers and ordered it to be held on its original date on Tuesday, according to Yediot Ahronot.
The state had requested the delay in order to enable a special envoy to travel to a country with which he signed a deportation agreement.
