200 swimmers entered the water at Dor Beach, south of Haifa, this morning, as part of the struggle of the residents of the coastal plain and the Carmel to change the development plan of the Leviathan gas reservoir and develop it over the borehole, 120 km offshore, using newer, safer and cleaner technology of a floating platform.
According to the residents, the construction of the gas rig 10 kilometers from the shore, as planned today, constitutes a health hazard.
