Suzi Cohen of the Tel Aviv City Council has criticized canceling the operation to expel illegal infiltrators and formulating the new outline between Israel and the United Nations. Cohen said, "It is inconceivable that after 15 years of suffering and the suffocation of the neighborhoods of southern Tel Aviv, the Israeli government and the Supreme Court will leave the infiltrators here. We are not interested in any administration that will not move anything here and disperse the infiltrators into weak neighborhoods."
Cohen stressed, "May they disperse the infiltrators into kibbutzim who are so opposed to their deportation. South Tel Aviv will not be the back yard of the State of Israel. We have suffered enough."
