An initiative and innovation center will be established in the Samarian community of Elkana under the heading "Elkana Technological Incubator", under the leadership of the Ministry for Social Equality, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Israel Association of Community Centers.
The center, with state-of-the-art equipment, will be one of the six centers of entrepreneurship and innovation established by the Social-Equality Ministry throughout the country, and aims to serve as a hotbed for anyone interested in initiating, planning, creating and implementing ideas using innovative technological means and integrating into the technological world of tomorrow while developing a sense of commitment, discipline and belonging.
