FIBA, basketball's international governing body, has informed Israel that it will be hosting the European championships for men aged 20 and under.
The decision follows Israel's successful hosting of the same age group for women and a preliminary group stage in the Eurobasket tournament without age restrictions. The tournament is scheduled for July 13-21 in Tel Aviv.
