A 70-year-old resident of Herzliya was one of two people who won NIS 13 million in Saturday night's lottery drawing.
The man filled out a lottery ticket after dreaming of his father. who "informed me that I would win the lottery if I recorded the date of his death." The winner said that with the money he would buy a new apartment and the rest would leave for pension and grandchildren.
