The Be'er Sheva District Court today convicted David Moyal of being involved in a lynching at a central bus station in Be'er Sheva about two years ago following a terror attack. The prosecution will seek a sentence of several months in prison and community service.
Batum Zarom, an Eritrean who was employed in Israel, was killed after he was suspected by passersby of being the terrorist.
