The Israel Defense Forces and the Shin Bet Israel Security Agency have arrested Sheikh Bassem Al-Sa'adi, a leader of Islamic Jihad in Judea and Samaria.
Al Sa'adi was arrested as part of the security establishment's preparations for the Passover holiday, which is expected to be tense against a new wave of terror which the Arabs are blaming on the United States declaration of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
