Highway 4 has been blocked to northbound traffic at the Mesubim Interchange and to southbound traffic at the Yarkonim Interchange due to the protest of the haredi-religious Peleg Yerushalmi Jerusalem Faction against the detention of a yeshiva student for not reporting to the Israel Defense Forces.
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
