The Bezeq telecommunications company called Israel's Antitrust Authority "fundamentally wrong" after it levied a NIS 30 million fine for restricting competitors from utilizing its infrastructure. CEO Stella Handler was also fined NIS 700,000.
"Bezeq cooperated fully with the Authority's examination of the matter, and showed that all its operations and operations were carried out according to law and in accordance with the Ministry of Communications instructions," said Bezeq.
"Bezeq provided the other communications companies with services in accordance with the service portfolio, and in the same way as it installs its own infrastructure, and we are convinced that during the hearing we will prove that Bezeq has done everything possible."
