Haredi-religious extremists interrupted a ceremony for the distribution of academic degrees by the Strauss Campus in Jerusalem to the school's first graduating class from the haredi sector on Monday evening.
The certificates were awarded for studies in management, biotechnology, politics and communications. According to eyewitnesses, the extremists began to shout at the students and their families and accused them of "frivolity".
