United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Moshe Miller who lives nearby to the location of the accident and was one of the first responders at the scene said: "When I arrived at the scene of the accident I found the driver without a pulse and not breathing. He had driven off the side of the road into a nearby field that is located near the horse farm.
"Together with other United Hatzalah volunteers and other EMS personnel, I performed CPR on the driver who was later taken to hospital while still undergoing continuous resuscitation efforts."
