Minister Yuval Steinitz (Likud) referred to the announcement by Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales of the transfer of his country's embassy to Jerusalem in May.
"This is of course encouraging, and we said that if the US leads, other countries would follow. The stupidity of the embassies in Tel Aviv must stop," Steinitz told Army Radio.
