President Reuven Rivlin addressed the coalition crisis surrounding the haredi amendment to the military draft law during a Sunday-evening speech to a gathering of the Israel Press Council.
Rivlin said, "This is not the first government that has been destabilized by this explosive issue. The enlistment issue cannot be solved by force, only by agreement."
