The police have announced that three people arrested on Wednesday in the "text messaging affair" on suspicion of obstructing trial proceedings and affecting trial results will be brought to the Akko Magistrates Court this morning for a hearing on a request to release them under restrictive conditions.

The text messaging affair deals with communications between a judge and an Israel Securities Authority representative in connection with detention hearings for a suspect in an investigation of alleged improprieties at the Bezeq communications company.
