New footage shows IDF soldiers shooting Arab at close range during arrest

New footage released by the far-left Bt'selem NGO shows IDF soldiers beating and shooting a Palestinian Arab in Jericho after he ran at them with an iron rod during a riot which broke out in response to an arrest operation.
