The State Control Committee, headed by MK Shelly Yachimovich, held a discussion on Amendment 168 to the Income Tax Ordinance (the "Milchan Law").
"For ten years now, Israel has become one of the best - or worst - tax shelters in the world, and we have not found any other country in the world that has a similar law," Head of the Securities Authority Moshe Asher said during the discussion.
