The community of Ofra registrar protests against the decision to prosecute eight youths following the protest over the destruction of the nine houses a year ago and to publish it on the eve of planned destruction in Netiv Ha'avot.
"We regret that the police and the State Prosecutor infringe on the freedom of legitimate protest and prosecute people for things that would not have occurred at all with regard to protesting on any other matter.
"We demand that the affair be closed and that all the lovers of the land and democracy be called upon to continue to protest the immoral destruction of homes throughout Judea and Samaria. "
