Judge Ronit Poznanski-Katz will not deal with the detention hearings in the Bezeq case, starting tomorrow, following her correspondence on Whatsapp with a Securities Authority representative, which was exposed by Channel 10 Television.
Justice Poznanski-Katz informed the President of the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, Judge Avihai Doron, that she wished to be released from handling those cases. President Doron ordered that all the cases related to the affair be heard before Judge Alaa Masarwa.
