An Arab from the Hevron area was caught in Kiryat Gat while driving an engineering vehicle even though he did not have appropriate driver's license.
The police said that "this is a serious offense that endangers the public. Locating such a driver increases public safety and prevents the next person killed on the roads of Israel."
