Media consultant Nir Hefetz, businessman Shaul Elovitch, his wife Iris and his son Or, will be brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court this afternoon, when the police will request an extension of their detention.
The four were arrested and interrogated in the course of the investigation of affair 4000, dealing in improprieties at the Bezeq communications company, in which this week suspended director of the Ministry of Communications, Shlomo Filber, signed an agreement to the state. Shaul Elovitch holds controlling interest in Bezeq. Hefetz is a former advisor to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
