Former Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon responded on Thursday morning to recent developments in investigations surrounding Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, saying, "In the past year, we paid a heavy price as a society and as a state."
Interviewed by Israeli public radio, Yaalon continued, "The prime minister should have taken responsibility and resigned. Members of the coalition are hiding behind political interests."
