According to Hadashot 2, Shlomo Filber, the director general of the Communications Ministry, reportedly told police on Wednesday after signing an agreement to turn states witness in the 'Case 4000' probe of Netanyahu that the premier had ordered him to develop illicit deals with Bezeq.
"After the elections, I did not expect to get a job, Bibi offered me to be the director general of the Ministry of Communications," Filber told police. "Everyone warned me not to take the job but for me it was a dream come true . At first, I believed that Bibi appreciated me and therefore brought me to the job, today I understand that they brought me to be a pawn in a game."
