Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon admitted that Prime Minister Netanyahu's legal woes were impacting the government. Speaking during a tour of the northern city of Migdal Ha'emek, Kahlon acknowledged that "It's no secret that you cannot ignore the heavy and unpleasant cloud. As ministers in the government and as public figures, we are in an unpleasant and unpleasant period."
