Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked said on Tuesday that she intends to lead a government decision and promote legislative amendments that will provide rehabilitation alternatives for minors.
Speaking at the Negev Conference for Child Welfare held at Ben-Gurion University in Be'er Sheva, Shaked said the amendments were based on a the conclusions of a committee on which she served with Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Haim Katz.
