The Supreme Court has ordered an additional hearing of seven judges, headed by President Esther Hayut, on the return of the bodies of terrorists and the state's authority to hold them.
The additional hearing will be held in June, and the court has ordered that until a decision is made regarding the bodies, implementation of an earlier order will be delayed and the bodies will not be returned.
