Shaul Elovitch, who owns controlling interest in the Bezeq communications company, responded this evening, for the first time, to File 4000, the police investigation of alleged improprieties at Bezeq.
A statement on Elovitch's behalf said, "He categorically denies the suspicions against him, suggesting patience and not rushing to draw conclusions. We are confident that when things become clear, it will be possible to see that no offense has been committed."
