Science Minister Ofir Akunis offered a ringing endorsement to embattled Prime Minister Netanyahu, who police recommended be charged for bribery. "These times are challenging not only the prime minister, but the entire (Likud) movement," Okunis told a gathering of Likud activists in Haifa.
"The Likud stands unequivocally to Netanyahu's right and backs him up against attempts to replace him and the government through non-electoral means," added Akunis.
