Dozens of haredi-religious Jews are demonstrating outside the home of Member of Knesset Uri Meklev (United Torah Judaism) in Jerusalem, including representatives of the extremist Peleg Yerushalmi (Jerusalem Faction).
They are trying to prevent from leaving for a vote in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on the recruitment of girls into the Israel Defense Forces.
