The state has asked the Supreme Court to reject outright a petition by attorney Yossi Fuchs against the publication of police recommendations to prosecutors on whether or not to try Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on corruption charges.
According to the state, there is no reason for the court to intervene in the matter. The State Prosecutor's Office also wants to decide the case quickly, so as "not to delay the transfer of the summary of the investigation file on the prime minister's investigation files from the police to the State Prosecutor's Office."
