Deputy Mayor Dov Kalmanovich of Jerusalem has demanded that police do something about the recent deliberate sabotage of the eruvs in the Jerusalem neighborhoods of Kiryat Yovel and Bayit Vegan, which delineate the borders in which observant Jews are allowed to carry things on the Sabbath under Jewish law.
