MK Ksenia Svetlova (Zionist Union) on Friday blasted the scheduled meeting between MK Yehuda Glick (Likud) and Austria's vice chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache.
"Meetings with leaders of anti-Semitic and neo-Nazi parties legitimize those activists who with one eye wink at the State of Israel and with the other to haters of Jews," she said, adding, "The activists of the Freedom Party go to the funerals of the Wehrmacht soldiers and read anti-Semitic songs in which Jews are sent to the gas chambers. Such meetings are an insult and a disgrace to both the victims and the survivors and those who fought the Nazis."
Svetlova added that she has formulated a bill that would prohibit Holocaust deniers who expressed their anti-Semitism from entering Israel.
