U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday signed a crucial spending bill that allowed for the reopening the government after a brief shutdown, the second in three weeks.

Trump announced the signing on his Twitter account, hailing the bill's passage as a boost for the military and "JOBS, JOBS, JOBS!"
