The Supreme Court has given the state a week to clarify its position on the second floor of the house of the family of the terrorist who carried out last summer's attack the Binyamin Region community of Neve Tzuf/Halamish, in which three members of the Salomon family were murdered.
The floor was not destroyed by Israel. The clarification echoes a question asked of a state representative by an attorney for the victims' survivors yesterday during a hearing on their petition to complete the destruction of the house.
