2 lanes on southbound Route 4 reopened

Two of the three lanes closed on southbound Highway 4 have reopened to traffic after they were blocked by a tractor that went up in flames.

There are still traffic jams from the north Raanana Junction to the central (Mercaz) Raanana Interchange.
