Prime Minister held a conference call from Moscow with the finance and welfare ministers, in which an agreement was reached on the subject of disabled people, enabling the transfer of a bill on government assistance to the Ministerial Committee on Legislation.
Also taking part in the call was Chairman Avi Nissenkorn of the Histadrut Labor Federation.
