The Water Authority reports that since the morning hours, high rainfall levels have fallen in the northern coastal area (Nahariya) and the center (Tel Aviv). In Tel Aviv, 50 mm/two inches of rain fell, causing significant flooding.
However, the north and Lake Kinneret/the Sea of Galilee large amounts of precipitation did not fall and the lake rose by only 1.5 cm in the last 24 hours.
