The Knesset Committee for Public Petitions held a discussion over the new directive of the stock market to send pension reports and insurance reports to customers via e-mail and telephone.

Committee Chairman Yisrael Eichler presented complaints received by the committee and said that despite the saving of paper, there are still citizens unconnected to technology and they suffered from the new methods. He therefore recommended that the default method should be to use regular mail unless otherwise advised by the customers.
