Road 4 blocked by disabled, police open two lanes

Road 4 southbound has been blocked to traffic at Givat Shmuel southbound in the wake of a protest by disabled persons.

Drivers are advised to use alternative routes but police present at the scene have opened two out of three lanes to traffic.
