At least fifteen people were injured and one baby killed Thursday when a car rammed into them at a promenade near the Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Local authorities report that the vehicle's driver seems to have lost control of the car due to an epileptic seizure, and it does not seem to be a terror attack.
