Responding to the elimination of the terrorist who murdered Rabbi Raziel Shevach and to the capture of other terrorists involved in the murder, Member of Knesset Elazar Stern (Yesh Atid) noted, "Starting today, the families of the terrorists who murdered Rabbi Raziel Shevach will receive salaries from the Palestinian Authority."
The former head of the Personnel Branch in the Israel Defense Forces continued, "The law of offsetting the salaries of the terrorists I submitted almost a year ago has not yet reached the level of legislation, but I hope that in the coming weeks we will complete the proceedings in the Knesset and we can put an end to this absurdity. I call on the coalition to advance the bill as quickly as possible and congratulate the defense minister for submitting a similar government-law memorandum two weeks ago."
