MK Eitan Broshi (Zionist Union) demanded that Knesset Chairman Yuli Edelstein advance his bill obligating camels to be tagged with an electronic chip in wake of Tuesday's vehicle-camel collision in Mitzpe Ramon which killed Lior Almakayis.
"Unfortunately, the fatal accident yesterday was predictable and could have been prevented," said Broshi, adding that "as far as the legislation is concerned, the next accident is only a matter of time."
