U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on Tuesday night that the world will not accept North Korea as a nuclear-armed state.
Tillerson, who attended a meeting of foreign ministers in Vancouver, Canada, added that in order to hold talks with Pyongyang, it would have to stop its threatening operations, such as ballistic missile launches, for a lengthy period of time.
