A soccer fan was arrested on Monday evening during the game between Maccabi Haifa and Maccabi Tel Aviv at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa, on suspicion of attacking another fan of his team.
The suspect, a resident of Ramat Gan, was taken for questioning. Police will ask to extend his remand on Tuesday.
