The Ariel youth movement's Samaria branch has decided to establish a lookout post in memory of Rabbi Raziel Shevach HyD(May G-d avenge his blood) at Havat Gilad.
The lookout post will include a tree glade, seats and a pergola with a view towards the Samarian hills.
